Dear Valued Customer,

            When I started Hi Tech Duct Cleaning, Inc. in 1995 I wanted to fill a need in the Tri-State area for a quality duct cleaning service. We started out as a small, family company run by just my wife and I. I am proud to say that though we have expanded over the years and added wonderful employees to our team, Hi Tech Duct Cleaning remains a family business that cares about each individual customer.

           We have combined our dedication to customers with a commitment to providing quality services, the best equipment and chemicals available, integrity and pride in our work, competent and professional employees and a sensible pricing structure with no hidden costs. These are the keys to our success and with our continued growth, constant positive feedback from satisfied customers, and over 170 heating and air companies entrusting us with their customers we are proud to say that we believe our reputation speaks for itself.

            Our equipment is some of the best you’ll find on the market today, all manufactured by Abatement Technologies, Inc. Abatement has been a world leader in providing high quality, state-of-the-art air filtration systems since 1985. Tens of thousands of these systems are used in a wide variety of critical filtration applications from buildings with asbestos, lead, and nuclear particulates, to use in medical centers where airborne pathogens are a concern.

            Our chemicals are made by BBJ Environmental Solutions, Inc. We use the BBJ Micro Biocide (for use in air ducts). This chemical is used by the National Institute of Health and the Shriners Burn Hospitals. This chemical is completely safe (even safe enough for use around sensitive medical patients and exotic pets!) and can also inhibit mold growth for up to two years.

            We are also proud to say that we are one of the few companies in any industry that has no hidden costs associated with our services. Our pricing is based solely on the total vent count, consisting of both heat and return vents. We have no additional charges with which to surprise you. If you can accurately count the total number of vents in your home, then you can come up with the same price we will give you.

            Our employees must be mentioned as well. Without them and their commitment to improving the quality of our service our company would not be what it is today. We send them to your home in full faith that you, our customers, will find them more than trustworthy and able to do an excellent job. All of our employees either are known personally by us, or have been recommended to us by trusted individuals. Crews are made up of two people and all crew leaders have gone through an intensive 6-12 month training program. We only hire the best.

            All these things I have shared with you are vital to making a company excellent. However, the most important thing we have to offer you as a customer is our integrity. We stand behind our work 100% and we guarantee that if you have any concerns we will personally address them.
